Audition for our annual production of "The Nutcracker"
Dancers ages 4+ are welcome to audition.
You do not need to be a WJYB student to participate.
Full details can be found in our production agreement form, which must be completed prior to auditioning. Please complete the form here.
Audition fee: $20.
This will be applied to your performance fee upon acceptance of your roles.
Audition fee is waived for conservatory students.
Company audition requirements
Current WJYB students who are registered for the 2025-2026 season and have received an audition invitation:

Levels 2B-6: Please use the following link to help prepare for the audition.

All dancers: if you are en pointe, please bring your pointe shoes to the audition as well as normal ballet shoes.
Community Participant: Please submit a sample video of a ballet variation or solo, this can be in studio or on stage. Submit your video via email to elena@westjerseyyouthballet.com
